Here is the latest news from Riverside County regarding landscaping and submitting a plot plan. Riverside county adopted a plan that requires complete landscaping plans to be submitted as a part of the plot plan. This is a new requirement for the approval of plot plans before construction permits can be pulled.What this means for us is that a new component will be added to our process for development. A landscape architect will have to work in conjunction with our plan design team to create the landscaping plan before we can go to the county.
Please pray that we find a quality landscaping architect and that the cost will be reasonable.

I have a request regarding the landscaping. Please, no jasmine or other heavily scented plants. I am so sensitive to them that I sneeze, have an itchy throat, headache and drowsyness. Thanks and God bless, Barbara Gilliland
